Return and Refund Time Frame. Vorthio offers returns and refunds for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to complete the return process and request a refund.
Return and Refund Eligibility. To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Request Time Limit. Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. We do not accept return requests for items that have been used for more than one week.
