Vorthio Furniture Return and Refund Policy:

1. Return and Refund Time Frame. Vorthio offers returns and refunds for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to complete the return process and request a refund.
2. Return and Refund Eligibility. To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Request Time Limit. Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. We do not accept return requests for items that have been used for more than one week.

Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm (GMT-7), excluding weekends. Orders placed on weekends, will not be processed until the next business day.
All orders have to be processed and fulfilled before shipment. Our team will take up to 2-4 business days to process your orders. After the item is processed and fulfilled, our team will ship out your item.
